We have known Tracey Ellis since March 2015, she was our real estate agent at first but went on to become our family friend. She had helped us with multiple real estate dealings including purchases and sales.
The notable is the purchase of our Chilliwack countryside property.
My wife and I want to relocate from south surrey to a countryside environment to raise our new baby. Our initial plan is to relocate to Vancouver Island, However, once Tracey took us on a tour to Chilliwack’s Ryder lake mountain, we fell in love with it. It is a hidden gem that we had never known about it before. So we bought our house there and love every bit of it even today. If not for Tracey’s knowledge of the area and if she had not taken us for a tour to Ryder lake, we could have missed this beautiful suburban countryside area.

I would simplify working with Tracey Ellis as Honest, Flexible and Knowledgeable. I will refer her to my friends and will use her services in the future.
Tracey worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home. She was extremely patient with us as we took time to figure out exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the time she was helping us, she demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the business, and always conducted herself in a highly professional manner. She responded promptly to our queries and requests and successfully guided us through the process of purchasing our new home.
We are thrilled with the outcome of our dealings with Tracey and would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody needing a hardworking, dedicated real estate professional.
Thank you Tracey.Barb and Fred, Surrey, BC
If you are looking for a Superwoman dressed as a real estate agent than Tracey Ellis is your girl!!!! This bubbly, energizer bunny never stops. When I bought my first house it was the worst experience of my life. When I first contacted Tracey I made her very aware of this and told she would need to hold my hand through out this venture. She promised me she would. She was always available whenever I needed her day or night. She sold my house/helped find my new one and became a good friend!Tracey Lynk
